Not too shabby

I also refilled the feeder so I’ve had hummingbirds hanging out and buzzing me the whole time i’ve been babysitting the grill. I can’t imagine they want turkey though

I have to give thanks to the deities responsible for Oregon weather, since this is my 4th November in a row grilling a turkey outside and it’s been rather pleasant every time

All day today on NPR newscasts, I heard a repeated little story quip that went something like "hey, so like it's a good healthy idea to take a walk after eating Thanksgiving dinner and not just merge into the couch"

And all day, I kind of nodded along thinking "oh yeah, that is a good idea, i should do that with the girl"

However, now, we are currently experiencing union with our living room furniture

@anderseknert There's power there, I'd find a way to cozy up

@BillySmith @anderseknert jokes on them, my charged devices comfort me πŸ˜…

Hark! An item of interest has arrived in the post from @mediaarchaeologylab !

@tankgrrl When I was like 7, my dad got me one of those from a flea market while were were on a roadtrip and I think I made it rather a regrettable decision πŸ˜… @mediaarchaeologylab

Aw, dang it: Carved out some time today to assemble a Prusa MMU3 upgrade for my MK4 printer but realized the kit I got requires me to print most of the plastic parts. They included a couple spools of PETG in the kit - so no biggie, just a delay.

I also have a kit to upgrade it from MK4 to MK4S that I'm now eyeballing. Probably worth doing that before I embark on the MMU3 print jobs

It was funny, because I was looking through the kit and was like "oh hey they included some filament, that's nice of them" and then was like "oh hey, that's half the kit" πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

@tankgrrl Oh, so you met my Dad! @mediaarchaeologylab

That said, I do appreciate the tinkery approach to things Prusa offers and will probably be fully Ship-of-Theseus-ing this printer into a Core One about this time next year
