Ooh, new Sleigh Bells!
Ooh, new Sleigh Bells!
I have a bunch of competing things I kind of wish I were doing. Like writing stories, working on side projects, making music, fixing my Atari Tempest.
I kind of want to write all these things out on sticky notes and slap them onto a big board.
Then, pretend they're each like Warhamnmer 40k critters and make them slug it out.
Hahahahha
Swear in your search request. I know it sounds ridiculous, but the most effective way I've found of it not doing the AI summary is just to add "fucking" go my search.

@aud The post-Skynet future human shibboleths are going to sound like coprolalia (a word I just learned today)
Whenever I have to work on things at work that require me to either turn off my home's pihole or VPN to somewhere to get around my own firewall, I start thinking maybe what I'm working on isn't great
Groundhog Day has long confused me. Because, for the longest time I thought it was a dumb joke: Phil sees his shadow, winter lasts 6 more weeks; he doesnβt see it, early spring comes in 6 weeks. Like, whatever, 6 weeks either way.
Cosmo has this habit where he loves running straight to me when he's just finished in the litter box. Maybe he thinks I'm here to bathe him?
Anyway, here I am in a meeting wearing a black hoodie. Here he comes into my office. He scales my chest to perch on my shoulder. Cute! Folks on the meeting smile.
Then he leaves and I'm covered in little paw prints of litter dust, clearly visible on Zoom. I have no photos, because I muted my camera and immediately changed hoodies. π€’
@mikemccaffrey I feel like there's variable territory around town for squirrels vs crows? We lived in one neighborhood where the squirrels definitely bullied the crows. Then we moved and the crows rule the new neighborhood and harass the squirrels
@gin liked because I have had this same exact experience several times π
