@xabean Those tables are so solid, you could park a car on one maybe

Man i love having a 3d printer. I can be like "i wanna make some bullshit" and this thing's like "i gotchu chief"

Like, look at this nonsense. I got a hare-brained scheme and this thing's like, "just feed me the plastic spaghetti"

The scheme I've got - and I'm not entirely sure it's going to work - is to sorta mount most of my slack CPAP tubing in a kind of snaking downward vertical slope so that hopefully condensation from the humidifier runs back into the tank.

I get rain-out even with a heated hose and a fleece insulated jacket, so I'm hoping this will help "drain the snake" with a few more panels of downward slope.

Like, imagine 6 - 9 more panels of this with tubing snaking back and forth. It'll look very cyberpunk

This is probably not even the best way to do this, even if it works. But, I can use these panels for some other, different bullshit later, if need be

I love when i can see the moon in the daylight sky because it makes me remember that argument I won with my 2nd grade teacher many many years ago

(also i love the moon)

@Wrewdison Oh, I drew a picture that had both the sun and the moon in the sky at the same time.

The teacher was like that's impossible, do better (or something equally annoying to little-kid-me).

And I was like, look out the window dummy (because the sun and the moon were both out at the same time at that very moment). I was very smug, I got into trouble, but I was right.

@mdhughes This was, believe it or not, what was actually in my brain when I tooted that 😅

@MuseumJoe @mos_8502 True story, the Enlightenment window manager was the thing that made me first try Linux back in the late 90s

@twipped Yeah, I've kinda got a vicious circle happening with my CPAP: high pressure makes me need high humidity or else I get sinus headaches. And, high humidity makes me need high temperature to try to keep the water from condensing.

But it can't get warm enough to keep the humidity from condensing out a little, even in a very warm bedroom in the summertime. And it only takes a thimble of water up my nose or gurgling in the hose to be annoying.

OMG they're doing a slow bike ride to the soundtrack of Pure Moods here in tomorrow night. Kinda wish I were less of a hermit because that sounds fun

@sophie we love the moon

@sivy Yeah, trying to keep a good chunk of humidity in the air because my sinuses hate being a wind tunnel 🤯

@craigcook There is a small portion of my brain that's perpetually playing this on loop
