It's getting darker and misting rain, but I'm still having a good time #turkeyday

You know, when we first moved from Michigan to Oregon, I was worried I'd be depressed by the rain. But turns out I like it being all damp and mossy for winter instead of snowy and dead

It is dark. I am likely to be eaten by a grue. But the turkey is close to target temperature #turkeyday

Turns out I still can't carve a turkey for crap, but I tried to honor its contribution to our holiday. The rest goes into the stock pot for future soups
