Me, yesterday: yay, I found a new book to read! :blobcheer:

Me, today: boo, I finished the book really fast because I liked it and now I need to find a new book to read. :blobsad:

Actually, this was me a couple of times this week. I started "Children of Memory" by Adrian Tchaikovsky on Monday and just absolutely housed it by mid-week. Then I picked up "Elder Race" (also by Adrian Tchaikovsky) yesterday and snarfed it down even faster, since it was about half the length. I guess I have a new favorite author, since I've gotten through 7 of his books since last spring.

Now, I'm like, do I chase the ADHD serial enthusiasm and get into more of his books or try something else

@tim_lavoie mostly sci-fi or something clever & weird, but I do occasionally get into fantasy if the characters and world building are keen
