So this weekend, I dug a big hole. Then I put some rubber in the hole. Then I put some water in the rubber. Then I put a fountain in the water. Today, everything hurts very much #gardening
Soon, I'm going to do things with rocks that will make things hurt even more. I know this because I already did things with rocks and then undid those things
I almost wish I'd taken a photo before I started digging. But just imagine there wasn't a hole there, just a patch of dirt. After digging down only about 2 feet, it really makes me wonder how those Winchester boys on Supernatural can dig up a grave so fast
A couple years ago, I bought an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller. Very spendy, but luckily I got it at a deep discount. Still, it was spendy enough that I'm rather miffed that the rubber grips on the thing are already peeling off. So, I ordered a replacement shell (atomic purple of course). And, in the process of swapping the shell, I discovered that the battery is already a spicy pillow.
So, anyway, I absolutely wouldn't recommend getting a spendy controller from Microsoft.
Also, I seem to have a great knack for pushing the magnetically-attached control sticks right off the controller during *heated gaming moments*.
I would recommend the much cheaper Ultimate controllers from 8bitdo - but the right trigger on mine has stopped working well. Which is why I tried going back to this Elite Series 2
I really miss my Xbox 360 controllers, where I literally wore grooves into the thumbsticks after years of play until they finally stopped working
@packetcat Yeah, would definitely recommend AAs for controllers. I liked that in the original Xbox One controller I had, though that thing literally fell apart in my hands
One thing I'll say about the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller, though, after taking it apart and doing this shell swap: the innards are actually really quite nice and modular. Not sure if they sell replacement parts, but the sticks and buttons all seem to be made for swapping out.
