My response: "Sure! Pay off my mortgage."

For context: I've held decafbad.com for a lil over 25 years. I would give it up for the payoff of my current mortgage. Otherwise, go fish.
I also had someone email me to ask if I'd sell lmorchard.com - to which I said, "Sure, US$10mil" and thereafter I received no response.
Like, that's my name. I could be an internet recluse for US$10mil :blobshrug:
Also, semi-randomly, I was decently friendly with the holder of decafbad.net - Craig Maloney. Sometimes I wish I'd been friendlier with him. He was a great guy.
Years ago, when he learned I held decafbad.com, he got a hold of me and sent me a half-dozen CDs with live Rush performances. Such a great guy.
