@ansate Oh yeah, I use pagefind on my blog! Works pretty well for the years of content on my site

@varve @courtney

@ansate I don't know if it'll be helpful, but you can see how I integrated it with a few fussy customizations

github.com/search?q=repo%3Almo

So I registered a few novelty domains for aspirational projects, last year, for $5 each.

Now they're up for renewal, at $40 each.

Thing is, if I let them lapse, I never get them again because I know name squatters scoop up all expired domains and sell them for $400-40000 each. (i.e. because *someone* wanted them at some point, so they must be valuable)

But, I never did anything with them, so meh. Into the squatted void they go

Kinda makes me wonder about the total concept space of squatted domains that will never be sold again. How many weird little words and phrases just floating out there in notional limbo?

"Come join our exciting company!"

"We know we listed the job as remote, but actually we're doing at least 25% time in the office as hybrid with a goal of 75% by end of year."

Moving? In this economy? For a company that's just as likely to lay me off before I finish unpacking? Hahahahah, go fish

Like, I don't want to "limit my opportunities" but also I don't want to "sell my house" and then "accept severance"

So I'm shopping for a new scoop since we changed the cats' litter. And I'm like... just how fuckin' big is this scoop?!

I'd expect a scoop of this size to go like "vrrm vrrm beeep beeep beeep" while I'm using it
