It's a lovely day for a migraine so bad I can't see straight. I'm going back to bed

The thing about a migraine like this, with auras and missing pieces of my visual field, is they don't usually hurt for me at first.

So, I get fascinated by the phenomenon of my vision breaking up into static. Because brains are interesting and I'm in one that's doing something unusual

Then I realize I have like 10-15 minutes to stumble to bed and pursue unconsciousness because my head's about to explode.

@eniko I think for many many years, folks got used to social media spaces that ran on a near-total neglect. And that's because the operators were more interested in retaining eyeballs for sale to advertisers.

Folks mistook this for neutrality or benevolence when it was really just apathy.

So, it's a surprise when folks re-encounter gathering spaces run by other folks who actually pay attention to the space and the people in it.

Luckily, this migraine started about 5 hours ago and I slept for 3, so now I'm just tooting from bed because I'm bored. If I don't move much, the head-explosives stay quiescent

Also, I've had the theme song for season 2 of Peacemaker stuck in my head for 4 days straight. Maybe that gave me a migraine?
